I'm Richard Beales and I live in East Kent in England.
You won't find a great deal of content here (at the moment) as I mainly use this site to play around with new code and ideas - namely the Content Management System that this site uses in the background - written from scratch in Python, I know there are huge web frameworks that I could have used (Django, etc.), however I wouldn't have learned nearly as much that way. The CMS is being written bit by bit, module by module - check out my blog
I've just moved my hosting over to 1and1, so I now have a proper (well, almost - it's virtualised) server to play with
